Free standard shipping on all online orders within the contiguous United States.*
Offer only valid on orders placed online at freerideranch.com.
Offer not valid on returns or exchanges.
Offer not redeemable for cash or credit value.
Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery time.

*If your order qualifies for Free Shipping it will be sent using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or another comparable service in the 48 contiguous United States. Any Military, Alaska and Hawaii addresses are not eligible for Free Shipping.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order that has not been processed you may be able to cancel without going through the returns process. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel an order, and we will do everything we can to stop order processing.

Any of these policies can be changed at any time without prior notice.
